The Accessibility Entrance and Elevator are also unavailable.
There is a limited selection of Children’s items on display in the Adult Department.
The Hudson Public Library is committed to serving Hudson and neighboring communities! As of Saturday, May 29, 2021, the library is open to the public for all services with the exception of access to the Children’s Room, McLellan Reading Room, and elevator. We continue to follow all required health & safety guidelines and hope that you will too! Our goal is to provide a safe and positive library experience for everyone! Welcome back!

Book Drop & Library Returns
BOOK DROP HOURS: OPEN DAILY
All library returns including, DVDs, CDs, and audiobooks can go in the outside book drop at this time.
Playaway Launchpad Tablets and Museum Passes must be returned in person.
Items will remain in quarantine for at least 24 hours before being checked in.
All Overdue Fines are waived at check-in.
Reference & Technology
Reference and Technology Services are available.
Reference and Technology Services Include:
- Computer Usage
- Photocopy / Fax
- Microfilm Machine
- Wireless Printing
- Reference Inquiries
- Reference Services are available for 1-hour sessions.
- Groups of up to 2 people are allowed at a single work station.
- There are two (2) computers available to the public.
If unavailable, you may make a reservation for a later time.
- The Library can not break bills or make change.
Please bring $1 or $5 bills or change (machines can not take pennies)
The Friends of the Hudson Public Library are accepting donations Saturday, June 5 & June 19 from 11 AM – 1 PM, at 62 Packard Street.
